Pillar 1 - Restoring Your Alkaline Body pH.

Oxygen levels in your tissues are controlled by pH. An alkaline pH results in higher oxygen levels and an acidic pH results in lower oxygen levels. Part of regaining optimum health is restoring a balanced pH as measured mostly by the Saliva and somewhat by the urine pH's. To measure your approximate body pH you need to have some pH paper and or a pH meter. I personally use a pH meter as it is more accurate. Your Saliva pH should be 6.8 to 7.4. It has been clinically established that those with greater health have a saliva pH in this range. In the beginning of gaining your health back we recommend you test your saliva pH regularly to see what dosages or Nano Cal are needed to alkalinize your body. Once you become familiar with the dosage needed to maintain a healthy pH then testing becomes unnecessary. By doing this you acquire a greater degree of protection from all diseases including cancer which grows in acidic pH.

I want to mention two conditions that are evidence that the body is acidic and depleted of alkaline minerals.  The first one is osteoporosis. The second is receding gums and gingivitis. Both are evidence that the body is deficient is alkaline minerals and is using calcium from bone to meet the pH needs of the blood. When you are too acidic you are either eating too acidifying of a diet or you have hidden fungal and bacterial infections. The waste by products from these organisms is acidic and will rob you of the oxygen you need to live a vital energized life. When enough bone mass has been lost in the jaw the gums will recede and the teeth become loose.  It is at this point that bacteria can get under the gums causing what’s known as gingivitis.  Unfortunately dentists do not understand this downward progression and can only offer surgery which is costly and painful. Using Chrysalis, Cod Liver Oil, Angstrom Calcium and Magnesium and Nano Cal is the best program to support reversal of gum recession and reversal of osteoporosis. Some Foods That Will Help

All fruits and vegetables for the most part are alkaline forming. All grains, beans, nuts, and animal proteins are acid forming. The alkaline foods are cleansing, rich in antioxidant and are remineralizing. The protein and grain foods are acidifying and for building the body up. It is the balance between these food groups that is needed. One is not better than the other, they are both needed.

Relying on food alone to maintain an optimal pH is ineffective for most, as today’s food supply lacks enough alkaline minerals to supply your body’s needs. Supplementation becomes essential to make up for what food alone cannot supply. Adding some lemon juice to your drinking water will contribute a little bit to the alkalinization process.  Green vegetable juices will contribute generously to an alkaline pH.
